Have you asked the Vet about her front legs? I beleive that some sort of vitamin deficiency can cause them to bow, I've hand-reared litters of pups that had the same problem but they straightened out soon after being weaned and changed to a high quality complete food.Some days you're the dog..... most days you're the tree!
