Well done snags and Bunny for super running today. Its beautiful outside, so warm in the sun and me and DD have spent the whole day outside pottering. Cleaned and hoovered car, constructed small growhouse for seedlings, constructed DD's small trampoline and sorted the garden out as much as possible.I'll make a wish, take a chance, make a change And breakaway. I'll take a risk, take a chance, make a change and breakaway ....

Hi sally!
You've had a productive day!

Ah ok Numpty, not too serious then.
Dunno about that. Getting old is often fatal.Do you know today I was thinking about Jade and Im getting a bit sick of it all, The Home Secretary comes on and explains why her BF gets a reprieve on his curfew thingy. Ok thats fine but why does HE have to tell everyone, in fact why does there has to a statement. And what about that wonderful lady who was given months to live and raised millions for charity before she died some 5 years later and Bobby Robson for that matter, he's in such a state but we dont seem to bother about him. I know its a press thing but it seems that Jade is waiting to die, is trying to make a quick buck for her family but it really does make me sick.
The problem is not with Jade Goody. The lass (for all her faults - and she has many) is not long for this world. She is attempting to use her life, what's left of it, and the end of it in order to make money to give to her kids. She does, after all, have little use for it where she's going. You may think she's losing her dignity, but given the choice between perceived dignity and children, millions of parents choose children. She does, after all, have little use for dignity where she's going.
The problem lies with us. If it wasn't for the avid readers of Hello!, Goodbye!, Come Again!, OK!, KO!, Celebrity ESAD and Starstruck Earwax magzines, then she wouldn't be in everyone's faces so much, because there would not be money in it.
The root cause of this is that it makes money for so many people (including her) and it is "our" fault that it makes money.

um sort of...DH is doing the not talking and pretending its not happening bit!
Am also thinking given the possibility that we shall have no spare income and possibly not even enough to live on from benefits whether in 3 months time I might be able to do some F&F's. If they don't accept they won't get anything so in their best interests. I would hope to be able to get around £3.5-4K saved and our OS debts are just under 8k now...its so frustrating and I really really don't want to have to go bankruptI'll make a wish, take a chance, make a change And breakaway. I'll take a risk, take a chance, make a change and breakaway ....
