    It's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
    We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
    Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.

    well off to see nephew as its his 18th tomoz then picking up niece then off to a rock night, whoop whoop, and even better for the first time in 2 and half years OH has offered to drive, so ii can have a drink, (I always drive).
    so if im not here tomorrow thats why lol

    this time next week wewill all be hammered
    If we can put a man on the moon...how come we cant put them all there?

    Yayyyyy, I'll probably be asleep. Nothing to do with copious amounts of booze, us superior athletes need a lot of sleep :D

    I too have been for a run...not 7k I'm afraid but 4.5k-my total for the week? 11.5k. And 3 30 Day Shreds. Pleased as punch I am...Now feel guilty on days I am not working out...Whodda thunk it eh? Oh, and as I was runnning, all the crocus' are out and it was gorgeous and sunny. I luuuuurve spring. Life is good.


    Right, shower for me as stink like a stinky thing and DH and I are off out tonight-together-to a PARTY! I KNOW! My life doesn't get much better...
