You can still get it - instructions follow - ACT REALLY FAST!

If you were browsing dates etc earlier on or were half-way through an order when the site was pulled, go into offline mode in your browser and go through the history to find the page with departure calendar. Now put the browser back to normal and go through the order - the discount will be applied at the end.

Make sure you find the right page while in off-line mode, and start from that departure calendar page. If you don't do this then it will either refresh the calendar (identical but no discount at end of order), or it will take you back to putting in number of passengers and start a new query.

If you just go through all your 'British Airways - Please wait' pages with timestamp at the end of the url you should find one that will work and get your order back on. I just completed two orders a few minutes ago.

Ive figured another way..... Just got myself 2 tickets... Doesnt matter if youve got in the history either..!!!

Just select any destination on that page, choose some dates.. Click next...

Then at the bottom of the page click the Start Again link..

Then you can enter any destination you want... Enter Hong Kong.... Pick the right dates as mentioned above.. 172 & 171... and BINGO that lovely Christmas Discount is there !!!!

Well worth staying up all night.. ( Just got mine at 05.10 )

Using your instructions, i just managed to book heathrow to hong kong 4th jan - 7thfeb for £136 return !!!!!!!!

talk about insane price.... wonder what the catch is.

when i say i booked it, i didnt actually go through with the purchase, was just seeing if i *could* order it ;-)

Yeah still working... Just trying to decided if i should start ringing my mates at 05.30.. Hopefully they will be happy to hear from me at this time in the morning with a super BA sting like this....
