March is high season in Hong Kong, meaning hotels accommodation will be near peak prices.

ok - taken the plunge: booked

YMCA International House Hong Kong 7 nights £200 for 2 people...

    hotelclub.com/DirectHotel.asp?Checkin=2005-3-11&Checkout=2005-3-8&ncl=&id=4910

fantastic reviews on the site, both hotel and location (and apparently not as we expect a 'YMCA' to be - again according to reviews!) Considered  a more expensive hotel, but figured it not in the sprit of the bargains!

Don't get many chances to stay in a 5* for so little money! Based on opinion which is better; Langham or Ritz?
  • I've just chose the YMCA place like you skr80, very good value, £28 a night and extremely good reviews, and it has a sauna, swimming pool and gym, and is on the door step of all the good stuff :D
