Tho the new Ford Kuga is looking very nice (a Nissan underneath but easier on the eye) :D

I will agree with you on this and I'm not a Ford guy but at these prices I would really start to become tempted:-

    Ford Kuga 2.0 TDCi Zetec 4WD 5dr £16,189 Saving £4,729 (23%)
    Ford Kuga 2.0 TDCi Titanium 5dr £17,554 Saving £5,364 (23.5%)

Are these prices based on the fact you can buy it at this price ONLY if you get it on the Options scheme???

It's what my son has been told and he doesn't want to buy one on options. He'd be looking at the Titanium. I think he should stick with an ST - but they will give him cr*p for his old one (old, that's a laugh - its nearly a year old) against a new ST. It seems that no one actually really does want to do a deal, in this climate too!!

Dagenham motors are offering what looks like good deals, but again, only if you buy on the Options scheme - and who does??

  • Go have a look at a Fiat 500. Stylish, good looking, and apparently a hoot to drive.

    Hi,
For some mad reason have decided to buy a new car. We are currently looking at a Suzuki Swift 1.5GTX 5dr. We've got a price of £8700 with metalic paint and 09 plates. Does this seem like a good deal?

    Cheers
    Karron:confused:

For 8700 you could get a 2/3 yr old lovely Audi, BMW, Volvo, Lexus with leather and bells and whistles. Your choice at th end of the day tho!

I do however, titter at the comment that you want a new car as the old one is costing too much to repair, yet here you are wantin to spend 8700 on a car lol.

No discounts though! When the boss finally trashes her Panda I quite fancy one.

When we were very young 15 we had an old style Fiat 500 that the floor had rotted out of and the drivers seat dragged along the road which we drove around the pavements back home..........gosh you would go to jail for that now

    Just for Jeannie:- Quashquai

The prices I saw on the Kuga were from www.drivethedeal.com I haven't a clue if there are any restrictions.

    Hey,

I was looking at these. The best I found is at a 'Stoneacre' dealership. Cost £7797 with 0% finance / 5 years interest free and No Deposit. I read a few good reviews on them and think they look pretty cool.

    hi
i was impressed by this deal and went to stoneacre to enquire. dont be fooled. this only applys for lease cars which have been driven by lots of people so i expect that they wont be in the best condition. they only come in white too. :( im still looking to buy one of these cars tho so any advice on deals would be appreciated.

The price you have is comprable to brokers I've just cliked on.

The model you're looking at is prewtty much the one to go for, too.

Comments about parts availability, I'd say is more down to what a dealer has on the shelf, which won't be anywhere near as good as a bigger brand.

But I do think the Swift is a better looking suoermini, than soooooo many clones of other makes & does an even better job of looking funky, than MINI!!
