I moved to spain for 5 years now i am back im being chased for arrears dating back to 1992.so belive me you cant run away they will hound you till the day you die then take the shroud from your back.id keep paying rather than move to Malta one night stand or not it would be worth it to walk your son / daughter down the ailse.but good luck
