  • You will be outside the jurisdiction of the CSA (unless the company you'll be working for is British) but Malta is a REMO country so the maintenance is enforcible but the PWC would have to go to court to get it enforced.

As for the passport bit, they can't very well take it away from you if you're already abroad so, unless there's something else hidden in the legislation, that won't apply.

  • what happens if i come back for holiday, can they take passport off me when i get to airport a few months later, also do i tell them ive gone or not, would they inform the pwc that i live abroad and advise her to apply through court,

Why? do you plan on not paying whilst abroad?

  • bad situation where i feel that not even an mp can do anything to help in a very biased system, leaving no chice but to leave this country, no matter what people my say i feel that i have paid my dues for a one night stand,

Who knows, it's relatively new stuff.
... also do i tell them ive gone or not...
If you don't the assessment will remain in place.
would they inform the pwc that i live abroad and advise her to apply through court,
They would certainly tell her the case is closed because you're outside their jurisdiction and probably why too.

As pink princess asks, are you considering skipping the country and not paying for your children? Is that the reason for going?

  • correct, had enugh of this unfair system where you cant make a deceny life, already had 2 failed marriages, been bankrupt, lost house, time to get myself a better life rather than thinking of others, but with my luck it will probably come back to haunt me,,
