i've re-installed windows so many times, i have actually amalgamated all the software, programs and drivers i need on a single DVD so once the core system has been re-loaded i just stick in this install disk and just click and run everything on it and i'm back up and running again.
if you take away the hour or so it would take to reformat my 400gb hard drive, i could probably do the whole procedure in about 45 minutes ...
so to answer the thread title, yes, it's incredibly easy

what part of adobe ? flash ?
if you use firefox, i tend to get the flash plugin via the firefox addons site.
can't say i know the IE version because i haven't used IE in years.0 -
