Its very simple. The demand for housing that helped push prices up has only gone away because mortgages are only offered to people who have slept with the bank manager. Once mortgages become available again we will still be faced with not enough family housing for the demand.

On a separate note I was speaking to the Chairman of the Pork and Pork Products Association yesterday and he was predicting big things for piggies and piggy products in 2010 too. You heard it here first folks.0
