End of Pinecone for Mac Users!

I am a PC user but it looks like I have to say goodbye to pinecone too as I don't want to download some program which could potentially mess up my browser for a couple of squids here and there.

Of all these effort pinecone is making, at the end of the day, if someone wants to steal new product images they would! All they have to do is take a snap shot with a digital camera or even video on the mobile if video is played!

Any reply from Pinecone yet? I've just sent them an enquiry email myself. Maybe if a few of us contact them, they will look into other options???

well I didn't get a reply, but I did get a survey today anyways and it worked same as usual even though I couldn't download the software....odd!

Bit annoyed now. I received the email last week asking me to download the Windoze stuff. I emailed on Monday to ask if there is any other option for Mac users. No reply to that email, but just now I've received the first email AGAIN asking me to download the bloomin' Windoze stuff!

Shameless bump - anyone had a reply from Pinecone about this yet? I'm feeling a bit peeved that they've sent me 2 download requests and have not replied to my question. Is this really the end of the road for us Mac users? I've only been with Pinceone a few weeks, so this is really disappointing.

like I said in my previous post......I can't download the software due to having a mac, but they still sent me a survey which seemed to work ok....so maybe that was instead of a reply?!

Would be nice to think so! But I haven't had a survey since they sent the download - in fact all I got was a second email a week later asking me to download the stuff.

I downloaded it into Firefox on Vista. Had to restart Firefox twice but it now works ok.
