Why is e7broadband.com not in the Best Buys...?

In the best buys section for broadband there is no mention of a provider which I discovered which appears to have quite low prices.

I wonder if Martin left them off the Best Buys because customers have experienced "difficulties"...?
So are they not really a good company to sign up with for broadband?
There seemed to be lots of problems refered to in that link, but I don't know if this is a "normal" number of problems, or excessive...
Has anyone here signed up with them and found them to be ok?something missing0 -
I think there are enough threads on MSE regarding the problems with e7 without adding another.
