Hello - first post. Has anyone had any experience of the company Movemakers based in Aylesbury? They are one of these companies that get your property valued and then make you a cash offer. Did you read any of the above? Why do you think accepting probably 60-70% of its value is a good idea? Just reduce the price with an EA, or sell at auction. Or - put up a link here and we can offer our opinions.

Three years? Hmmm - unless you're 200m from the M1, directly under the planes taking off at Heathrow, or it's built out of lego, that does kind of indicate it's overpriced!!
