Might Chnage to BE (A Few Questions i have)

Hi all,

I am looking at moving to BE soon and wanted to ask some question first.

1, Is online gaming any good over the BE network as in ping rates etc and bandwidth?

2, Is online TV and YouTube good via the network?

3, What is the support like?

3) fine, it's not UK based so gets it's normal share of complaints but the majority of users seem happy with it

Yep another vote for the support is fine. Not sure on the other questions, not a heavy user in those areas.

The answer to the first question you ask really depends on if you're exchange is one of those suffering from the congestion problems that Be/o2 are currently having, I would recommend you ask around your local area before commiting yourself to a contract.
As for customer service, Be's is overseas, I don't know much about it, I would hope that it's better than AOL's overseas CS, which leaves much to be desired.

When I spoke to Be I asked them where they were and they told me Bulgaria. Still the English is pretty good and they seem to know what they are talking about.
