Don't worry Bunglegirl, I agree with you 100%, about the benefit to young people.
I run an outdoor centre in the Lake District, fully support the doit4real scheme, but didn't qualify to be included in their programme this year (not that I'm bitter:) government/lottery money and all)
A google search for LakeDistrict Summer camps, day activities or activity centres might produce some affordable options.
Don't let them sit and play on the xbox all summer......hic.......0 -
