I have 6 months roughky on mt V3 phone contract, its anytime 25 after i downgraded recently,i wish i could come out of it!
Can iadvertise the phone on something like ebay and transfer to the buyer who takes over the phone and the remainder of the contract.
I am tied in for 18 months when originally signing this but vodafone do not have such good contracts nowadays and the one i was one originally has doubled in price after the promotional period ended.
thoughts appreciated

I wouldnt advise it as you'll find that when you transfer a contract into someone elses name, they are signing on for another 12/18 months from when the change occurs, even if you only had one month to go. If you sold it to someone on ebay, sent the phone out and they failed the credit check, you'd be without you're phone and still paying the line rental. I'd suggest you call vodaphone and ask if you can pay the line rental off, or offer you anything better. Its worth a go. Good luck!0

Sell the phone and use the money to help towards paying off your contract, also if you are on 18mths then you should have stop the clock facility on there so if you up the tariff you'd have a load of minutes to use.
Example.
£30 200 minutes anytime
You use 110 minutes in the day so you have 90 mins left over
you can make 30 x 3 minute calls so 1 a day for most months
each call that last less than 60 mins is billed at 3mins so lets say you make a 30 min call every night.
30mins x 30 days = 900mins + 110 day time mins = 1010 xnet mins per month for £30 - should be better than most contracts out there
Of course this all depends on how you use your phone heh.0
