Cheap Broadband deals

looking for opinions on whether i have just reason to complain - I am sick and tired at researching Broadband deals only to find out that I can't have it in my area. I have looked at Sky, Orange and O2 and now Plusnet - all will charge me the higher rate because I'm in a 'Market 1' area - I feel I am being unfairly penalised by BT because they have not 'unbundled' my exchange !
am I being unfair on BT ?

Yes. Any provider can install their own equipment in any exchange provided there's room and health & safety issues don't apply.
Main reason LLU providers don't unbundle is lack of prospective customers, exchanges with low subscriber numbers ie. no money in it.
