You still have some NORTON in there. Use the NORTON REMOVAL TOOL
http://service1.symantec.com/Support/tsgeninfo.nsf/docid/2005033108162039
Follow reluctants advice then ~
Download SUPERANTISPYWARE (Make sure you click 'DOWNLOAD LATEST VERSION')
http://www.filehippo.com/download_superantispyware/
UPDATE and PERFORM COMPLETE SCAN
reboot and run a fresh hijack

millie ~ thats an OLD database version of malwarebytes
UPDATE it first (Should read 1780). Your is 1692 and an old version of malwarebytes (should be 1.34):idea:0 -
I dont rate AVG either. Once your computers clean id advise removing it and replacing with AVIRA anti virus:idea:0

Boonty games - think that was one of those compendium games discs i was given and never used - can come off as no use for it at all!
re - AVG vs Avira. I did swap over to Avira for a while, but that just kept getting on my nerves, all the updates, etc - so i ended up going back to AVG again!
Looked at the Norton removal tool - does it matter which of the options i chose from the list?
got to take my son to cinema to see Bolt now, but will be back later to continue cleaning up this laptop
thanks for your help so far - you have both been brilliant!0 -

Uninstall the Boonty game/s
Avira has a FAR better virus detection rate than AVG. But if you wanna keep it, thats entirely upto you
Norton removal tool ~ it more than likely does yes. Do you not know which USED to be installed?:idea:0 -
Can you post a Fresh Hijack Log - Malwarebytes did not remove the suspicious line I highlighted earlier so we may have to nuke it another way.0

There is a way to stop the pop-up; google "avira pop-up" and you should find it.
I wish Avira would realise that the pop-up isn't making people upgrade to the full version, it's making them use another AV product instead.
If you still won't switch to Avira AntiVir, at least consider switching to Avast.0
