ive recently signed up with toucan broadband as they are offering a 2mb unlimited service for £15.99 a month with free weekend calls.i am currently with pipex who i pay £33.99 for the same service without the calls.does anyone have any experience of them?

Doesn't look good by the reviews, apparently its not unlimited, they have a Fair Usage Policy, which doesn't look very good. In affect this means that if they think you have downloaded to much, they will curtail your broadband speed between the hours of usually 6pm - 11pm all week, usually to a snails pace.

Sorry, but your not the only one who believes that "unlimited service" means unlimited, but it just doesn't and everyone has to check the small print.

Sadly Toucan reminds me of Tiscali, and we all know about them.
Cheap is not always best.

Are you sure there's no cooling off period, again I would check the small print, on their website, or email them.
