sony ericcson w610i problem- anyone help?
Basically, when I try to phone 789,222 or any other virgin related number on Virgin ( my screen fades into white, and when it returns, it appears the phone has been temporarily disconnected from the network, as it says searching, before reconnecting to virgin mobile.
Phoning/texting any other number is just fine, but is rather annoying as I now have no way to check my balance unless I am at my computer.
The phone was originally locked to Vodafone
Any ideas as to why this is happening, and has anyone experienced this before?
