    your daughter clearly cannot manage her own affairs. if she is entitled to Local Housing Allowance (the new name for Housing Benefit) then i would be suggesting that you make sure her new LL claims her LHA Directly from teh council - on the grounds that she is vulnerable, has had rent arrears in the past, and is incapable of managing money - at least if the council agree to this, she cannot spend her rent money and will have a stable home for her kids

    i understand that you may not u dnerstand this, as you are new to the renting business, but, please talk to Shelter and see how they can help
  • Hi Id be concerned for the children moving from place to place.It sounds as if she needs help to sort out the debts. Running away every time she gets in a mess wont help.
    I would not lie for her as you will make matters worse. Has social services been involved if not maybe thats a step forward.

    tell her to forge what she likes but if she gets found out its her problem.
    Its not worth you lying for her if its a lie she may aswell do it herself
