Been a while since I've dealt with a dispute, but I think you get given a number of options, one of which is for the buyer to return the item for a full refund.

Alternatively, you could escalate it to claim, which will delay the matter by placing into the hands of Paypal for the next 3 weeks or so, but the outcome is likely to be the same, and is likely to wind up the buyer even more.

I know a couple of people who have sold their phones in Bargain Pages .... they have never had a problem with it that I know of.
