The refund is no longer a decision you can make, paypal will have the buyer send back "your" phone and refund them from your account."Love you Dave Brooker! x"

Well if you know its working you'll be able to sell it again when its returned tracked and paypal refund on you behalf.Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature. If you’re not sure why please read the forum rules or email the forum team if you’re still unsure - MSE ForumTeam0 -

Unless the "buyer" has swapped it for an already broken phone!
As mentioned in almost every post before yours, this is a very common scam.0 -

hhhmm he is going to send it back tomorrow morning,
what if i dont get my item back? i have took dozens of photos where the item is clearly brand new, not a mark on it, he is telling ebay it has been used and the slide mechanism is loose,
why dont ebay help the sellers for a change

If you don't get it back then he won't get a refund- he has to prove he sent it back.
In fact, in this situation, not getting back could be the best outcome for you.
Have you checked his feedback? Am interested to know if there's anything telling in there, though sadly feedback is often unreliable.0
