I once read that if you take an offer up with Tmobile over the net you have to pay 50p or something per min for customer services..I am with T mobile and have free call to customer services but I did it in a shop. The Link usually matches any offer you've seen so if you go in the shop tell them the deal they should match it still with Tmobile and customer serv should be free too.0

I signed up for this yesterday (then realised I could get extra £12 with Quidco) doh! as it is a good deal. This is a self serve type account so the reason they charge so much for customer services calls is that they want you to mange queries online. Anyway you can always ring T-mobile on their 0845 number. I think with all of their new contracts they charge for customer services.
Anyway to get this deal I had to cancel my existing T-mobile contract and obviously couldn't keep my old number. However instead of giving the usual 30 days notice and the old number expiring, they have converted my existing number to a PAYG number so I can still get calls and advise people of the no change. My notice period is now only 24 hours! Can't moan about this and saves me another months line rental.
By the way new deal is 18 month contract and half price line rental for life only remains if you don't upgrade later on.0 -
I called them this morning as I think its a good safe deal but as my current 12 months is not up till May & they won't budge. I'm currently on a euro 290 + 50 texts for £29 that they did when football european cup was on & I renewed last year with a new phone. I get free CS calls but I manage everything on-line & I reckon you can still call them from a land line. I reckon they will have some good offers on for the World Cup especially as it is in Germany.
After recently cancelling my girlfriend's T- Mobile contract to try out a 12 month cash back deal then hitting problems with her order to the on-line supplier that I won't mention, we decided to go back to T-mobile & bash out a deal. OK it won't be free but you do get a certain piece of mind. I have been with them for about 10 years & can't really complain.0 -

Which website was this offer on please?

please tell.
See that dialaphone have this deal (i think)
yep pretty sure it it.
However 'redemption for life' can I really be doing this thing for life. I think not1/2 PRICE LINE RENTAL FOR LIFE!
Your line rental is half price for life, that's an amazing saving of £144 in the first 18 months of your contract! Your line rental will then automatically continue at half price until you upgrade the phone, or move to a different price plan.
Your line rental will be half price at months 1, 2, 3, 16, 17 and 18. The remaining £96 saving is available by redemption to your bank account in 4 stages, £24 at month 6, £24 at month 10, £24 at month 14 and £24 at month 18.0 -

bumped this thread as I have also received this offer
Is it a good deal? Sorry to sound stupid but Im not up to date with the latest Mobiles etc0 -
I think its a pretty good deal for the money especially with 300 mins x-net anytime mins, 100 texts & free voicemail, I don't think you'll find anything similiar without cashback hassles. I would personally go for the sony phone. Gonna hassle for a similar deal when my contract is due in May.0
