Personal Inflation calculator?

Hi,

Can anyone make the Personal Inflation calculator, which is linked to in the latest newsletter, work?

I can't make it work online, and even if I download the zipped folder, I can't open any of the files....

Granted I am not a very accomplished 'techie' but is it just me or is anyone else having problems?
