HMV have been consistently the cheapest, and literally had a hundred titles at £2.99, since last Aug,( they were £3.99/4.99 before that). Stock is low at the moment, but they could get more Woollies old stock. They had a HD sub section with a tab, but now concentrate on BluRay, you have to put HD or a title in the search window to find the offers. You can get good priced hd dvds from ebay, amazon, play.com and thehut.com, id like to know of other sites who sell hd dvd'sac's lovechild0 -
I asked in my local gamestation about the offer and he didnt know anything about it, so either he wasnt aware of it or its just certain stores doing it, i might ring up or email gamestation and ask them0

Does this mean you can use it as a dvd player if you havent got the 360?SurfBowlSC wrote: »I'd recommend it to be honest, especially if you have an Xbox 3600 -
No it doesn't work as a standalone dvd player.
It connects via USB to the back of the xbox and then runs off a separate mains plug (which is a bit of a pain).
It can also be used to upscale standard DVDs, but only Region 2 as the xbox itself detects the region coding.0 -

Yeah, the 360 will only accept R2 DVDs in the drive. Although, HD DVD is region free, so you can play any HD disc

I have an Acer Aspire One Netbook, I read that I can use this with that to load games etc, does anyone know if that is correct please?
Would it be worth me buying it to use with the Acer?
Thanks.0
