We placed another order last night and can't wait for it to arrive already. We have stocked up on the cheesy maccaroni as we love this. Shame the weekend has to get in the way lol!! xxx

just got a email and £1.00 refund for broken biscuits. WELL DONE AF great service!!

i had 9 pks of thoes cookies all crushed by cans and other heavy items still waiting for a reply from a email i sent this morning i must say though ive have had about a doz orders and apart from my first order that dhl lost ive not had to complain about anything until now and the turnaround is way better now so reasonably pleased.

I put in another order yesterday - so i am hopefully i will get it soon now - if it has speedy delivery like the rest of you i will be well chuffed!

I ordered monday afternoon and it arrived wednesday morning (dhl) everything well packed, had run out of naan bread so substituted with marshmallows (which i'd ordered for that delivery and the one before so they know we like them), nothing damaged.

Very impressed.

I got my first order today and I am VERY VERY impressed!

2 boxes, trussed up with black wraps and well taped and inside cushioned with cardboard and bubblewrap. Nothing damaged whatsoever.
Ordered on Monday.

Now that AF are back on track with turnaround, placed and received my second order within 3 days!

Rachel at AF even called as requested to discuss substitutions for missing items.

Though the box arrived damaged, split down one side due to the weight, it was so well packaged that nothing fragile was damaged, broken or leaking!

A scant few bags of bertolli crisps had been used to pad our heavier items which means they were pulverized, but the substitutions for missing items more than made up for it!

The quality of the food is excellent and our household is enjoying things that would normally be well outside of the grocery budget!

My only other order took 2 weeks to arrive but this latest one was brilliant....ordered Tuesday and arrived Thursday:j

Like you though my biscuits were all crushed and I wasn't going to do anything about it at the prices charged, but after you got a refund I might email Dan to tell him. It might be helpful for him to know that sometimes the packing isn't sturdy enough as my large outer box was only just holding together when it got here. It only took a few seconds with no scissors required to get at the stuff, I didn't even have to remove the tape! I reckon a few more bumps in transit and all the contents would have spilled out:eek:
