It does also say if they are out of date or not. Some things I noticed weren't out of date until next year!

I wish the website was a bit easier to use, having to go back to the page each time i add something gets a bit tedious! why cant an update button be put on the bottom of each page and then as you add each thing, it would do the whole lot in one go?

That was annoying I'd agree. It's not like your current shopping list isn't on the side of your page anyway. Must be a way round that. Would make it a lot faster and also make me less prone to duplicating orders.

I so agree about the way it takes you back each time you add,it is really tedious.

I just unpacked an order that I put in only a few days ago. Very quick turnaround and everything was nicely packed and present and accounted for. Well done to Dan and his team.

Wouldn't it be good if you could log in and it comes up with a 'favourites' page of things you've ordered in the past, so making it easier to re-order them?

But that would only work if they actually had the same things the next time you put in an order. How likely is that?

I'm looking forwards to getting my order. Hopefully I'll get lucky when theres loads of cakes available next time.

My 2nd order came this morning and must agree that the turnaround is a lot faster this time. 2 pkts of the cookies are ordered were broken and crushed and my boxes of fbb cupcakes had some missing. I have emailed them to let them know. NOW to hide some of these goodies from the kids so they dont eat everything in 1 day

just got a email and £1.00 refund for broken biscuits. WELL DONE AF great service!!

A box of cakes was missing and the other box of cakes was all squashed and appeared to be only lemon not assorted. Also a box of orange juice had burst open and covered everything else. I have phoned the office and they will e-mail when it's sorted.

I had an immediate refund of damaged items and was told as soon as cakes were back in more would be sent as this was the main purpose of the order. Two boxes of cakes arrived today in perfect order. Thank you Approved foods.:T :T better customer service than I've had from much larger organisations.
