Just phoned AF to find out whats happening.

Appartently the delivery company tryed to deliver on the 2nd and left a card! Funny as i was in all day, and no card was left - so dont know where they tryed to deliver it too? As it wasnt here... Grrr

So now trying to track down my parcel

I'm gutted, they tried to deliver my parcel this morning but no one was home. Why are they random about leaving it with a neighbour? It's just hit and miss whether they will or not.

My orders now just arrived, after they arranged to deliver monday.... lol - glad i was in.

Really pleased with the order, after a quick telephone all was sorted quickly - so i must say customer service is getting better. And i phoned up about missing items and they rufunded straight away.

Best thing - is if in doubt just call them, no point wondering whats happening - best to chance it up. As i had no idea mine had been processed and had been out for delivery.

Just got my order from the 26th Feb delivered only one item was exchanged bounty bars were changed for cadbury cake bites. all well packed and those cake bites are very nice.

Still no dispatch emails though and i used the heavy order courier. and with no out of stock items no warning of the delivery coming. just pleased i was in for it. well must have a cup of tea and another cadbury cake bite.
