Anyone got the LG u880 phone ( also where from ? )

Hi,

been in town all day today and pretty decided i'm going to get the LG u880. Also looked at the Nokia 6280, but think i still prefer the LG phone.

1.) Was wondering as i had a play with it but couldn't find trhe setting, can you answer and finish calls by opening and closing the flip or do you have to open the flip and then click answer ?

2.) how do you find the phone compared to say a sony ericsson phone ( menus and options and all that )

3.) best place to get it, esave do one at about £13 per month, safer but mobile rainbow do one with 11 months cashback, more risky ?

if i do get one won't be for a few more weeks, are there any other amazing phones i should be aware of, looked around and nothing i like.

Thanks in advnace.

    1. You can set it to either open then answer or answer when opened.

    2. For menus options etc, I find Sony's to be the best by a country mile. The Lg menu isn't bad but it could be better. I also prefer it to the nokia 6280 - I think its cheap and nasty :x

    3. Esave is part of cpw if I remember correctly so it would be a lot safer to get it with them than a independent, where the chances of them going bankrupt and not honouring the deal being fairly high. A lot of the tim ethe independent is usually reopened in a few weeks 'under new management' ^^.

  • anyone know any place where they unlock the new LG 880?

SEARCHED everywhere but no one seems to be unlocking these just yet!!!!
:D:D Dont forget to Press the *THANKS* button :D:D
  • i dont think the lgs are unlockable are they?

it is a bit pointless buying a phone on the premise to unlock it...
