Debate House Prices

In order to help keep the Forum a useful, safe and friendly place for our users, discussions around non MoneySaving matters are no longer permitted. This includes wider debates about general house prices, the economy and politics. As a result, we have taken the decision to keep this board permanently closed, but it remains viewable for users who may find some useful information in it. Thank you for your understanding.

Beware all you tight wads, you can't get in with the cheapskate tickets until after 5 pm. Okay if you live close by but a bit !!!!!! if you don't. Plus you will be frowned upon when you walk in after 5 they will know you are members of the something for nothing brigade. First stop any food tasting to sort teatime out, eyes on the deck at all times to look for coins you tight lot.

Ah, so you'd turn down free tickets to an event which may interest and assist you too, then? And of course you'd reject any free items offered to you upon arriving there (in your case I assume under duress/the influence of something). Remind us why you're here, on a moneysaving site?

Calling someone a troll for a comment that clearly doesn't deserve it is in itself a troll-worthy comment (by definition).

Feel free to report my post; that's what the red triangle thing is for. I stand by what I've said.;)

We don't report posts here, we just square up and fight for about 10 pages worth of posts, then we get bored.:D

    I've been Money Tipped!
PN has said before that her 'specialness' makes it hard for her to appreciate if she has caused offence, I think. I don't want to put words in her mouth though and accept I might have misconstrued the nature of her....'affliction' (? is that offensive, I want to say Asperger's but cant recall if thats actually what she has?).

She is however very funny, and often her humour is of sarcastic and pessimistic nature. (which is generally a well used tone here)

She is generally a to the point kind of person. I don't get the impression she will have meant to cause offence to anyone.
