O2 Off peak 1000 min leisure time tarriff

Can someone out there explain a couple of things re this tarriff

Can you call 0845/0870/0800 numbers on this tarriff out of your inclusive mins?

is calling customer service from your mobile chargeable?

How can you check how many minutes you have used?

i have tried looking this up on 02's website and it is about as clear as mud!

I'd also like to know if there is any difference between getting this tariff on o2 directly and getting it from the CPW, I know when getting it via the CPW it is CPW that do the billing and not o2.
I'm really interested in a question posted above "Can you call 0845/0870/0800 numbers on this tariff out of your inclusive mins?" and if you can is it the same when getting it from the CPW.
It would be great to hear from someone who has got this tariff from the CPW.

i meant to say that i got it from CPW and not online directly and consequently that is why i was asking the question.

0845/0870/0800 numbers are inclusive off peak.
dialling customer services is a 0870 number so off peak only! (I'm sure there are alternatives tho')

To check on mins used, log on to view your bill, you will find a link to check usage, bear in mind this is usually two days out

EDIT: mines not CPW, so may be different
