5 hrs looking for car insurance!!

Hi fellow Mse'rs I thought I would come on here for a wee rant about renewing my car insurance. I spent 5 hrs yesterday trying to renew my car insurance for a fiat punto. I tried all the various comparison sites and found what I was looking for on Moneysupermarket. The quotes varied from £179 to £600. Just when I thought I had the right insurer, I would check out their customer reviews and the majority were terrible, I was then back to looking again. This went on for 5 hrs until I had a migraine, eventually deciding on esure as their customer service review was 5 stars. shrewdal

Crikey. I spent 20 minutes yesterday sorting Mrs Tozer's insurance out with no problems at all. Ended up paying less than £100 with Swinton (they are offering £40 cashback)0

I switched to esure recently. I can confirm that their prices are competitive, documents were received in the post within 48 hours, and when I had a query I spoke to an English call centre, who solved my problem quickly and efficiently.
Excellent experience so far.0 -

I looked at Swinton, did a Google, found this, then rapidly went elsewhere.

Problem with review sites is that you only hear from the screamers.
The happy ones don't bother tell the world how happy they are."Love you Dave Brooker! x"
