    Nice friendly chat this evening:rolleyes:

I could eat a cream egg now too
Think I might just keep drinking................

It's all a bit odd isn't it Lou?
I don 't like cream eggs  but the old vino tinto is going down well.

I bought a set of Dance Anthem CDs from Sainsbugs, there is 5 (100 songs) in the set. I'm not into 'dance' as such, but I thought it might inspire me to go a little quicker than the shuffle I usually do.

Any tips on which trainers to get. My current ones are New Balance, but I don't think the staff in the discount sports shops are really qualified to advise on suitability.

    exactly!

take your old trainers with you, so you can pick something similar or maybe even the same, assuming your old trainers worked well for you...

Dance music would send me off running home... no way i could run to it...!

And Buffy the wink meant - go and buy yourself an ipod thingy - you have my permission....but now you come to think of it, maybe you are making excuses.......:D well thought out buffy:D .....

Knickers!!! I got myself in to worse trouble!

I have found a training programme to use.
