    Mrs Twit, apparently you should buy your trainers a size bigger than your normal shoe size.....this is from my runchum whose toe nails fall off from running.....euwww

    maybe worth going to a running shop getting assessed, buying some socks then going to chav city for trainers.... if you have the brass neck for it!

    edit - i mean brass neck for not buying from running shop.... you don't need a brass neck to go to chav city (sports direct or wherever)a sovereign ring will do!!
    I'm just a seething mass of contradictions....

    well an ipod is an ipod...i love my ipod touch cos it has nike + but the nano can have nike + too....I would suggest a nano tbh......
