    I've got an Ipod thingy, just need to put some music on it and then I can run miles on the treadmill :rotfl: On no, forgot, I need some new trainers, mine are looking very worse for wear. :D

    my ipod makes me run too fast...! i can't sustain it at musical pace!!!

    maybe i should change to some slowies! to match my pace!
    I'm just a seething mass of contradictions....
