you don't need the book..there is so much info on the web. Tell us what your aims are and what you want to be able to do and Im sure we can point you in the right direction
Well..... I have been walking for a bit, roughly 1-2km (to and from the station) for a couple of weeks.
Now trying to add extra walks in the evening. and the running bit (dear God I feel like a prat!)
was looking at a five km in May.
already found a couple I could sign up for.
and was sort of vaguely thinking about a 10km - perhaps the leeds one but not really sure if that is totally bonkers.Nevertheless she persisted.0 -

re Leeds, plenty people walked it last year, so no shame in that babes... if you look at their website you can see the finishers, many are around 2 hours, which would be walking pace....
