Problems with O2 PAYG ONLINE
Hello,
I've been on this forum a few times and came to the conclusion that O2's PAYG online tarriff with minimum £10 top up. This allows the user to have 100 free units (minutes or texts) a month. So I registered with O2 on behalf of my fiancee. I specified that I wanted 'Calls and messages' and not 'messages only'. So I asked my good lady to top up for the first time. As she topped up with £10 I expected 100 units to be credited to her phone. She made a call to one of her friends on a different network for 20 minutes. She was alarmed to find that her credit was down to £2. So I asked her to call O2. They said I had made an error when ordering (which I'm adament I didn't) and that I had ordered messages only. The sim card has 'calls and messages' written on it. They credited my fiancee with the 100 minutes but she was still left with only £2 credit. In my mind, they should be making up for their mistake. It seems that the deal isn't all it's cracked up to be. Has anyone experienced anything similar.

graffan,
did she use the minutes straight away? It was mentioned on here some time ago that it can take up to 24hrs for the tariff to be made effective....and then the window licker said to me...0 -
Thanks Knucks,
You may have a point as she used the minutes straight away.
