Sky Broadband price increase

Just a quick warning if you received a letter to say that your BB price wasn't increasing until January 2010...

On your new online / onscreen Sky bills under the Broadband section you will have been charged the extra £5 a month:eek:. Stupidly, they have applied a £5 credit on your TV subscription section!

So the discount is there, but it's not where you'd expect it to be.;)

Just checked my bill and it is the same as yours.

Must have been easier to administrate it this way

It is the same here. I phoned CS as was a bit confused. I thought I was being charged £5 for going over. Am now on base but do not think for how long as I have been going over a little bit.

If you read the small print in the Sky Broadband T&C's at section 11 you can change your deal.It says if they increase by more than 10%, and various other reasons, you can cancel within the minimum term. Unless you want to take the phone package and get the discount.
