Hmm. Phil. Advising young couples to buy into an over inflated housing market while at the same time making profits out of people buying into over inflated property market. Did gullible people see the property 'guru' and realise he was just pumping it up along with his STABLE mate Krusty.
I do of course accept that Adolf Hitler is worse. But this is a property, not a mass murderer forum.0 -
