    There's a lot of people doing the 10k run in Leeds. I think I'm being persuaded to do it next year by some of the girls from work but we'll have to see won't we...

    Well I wont be starting to run anywhere anytime soon, it makes me feel like my insides are going to fall out:eek:

    I will stick to brisk walking and other energetic activities:D that dont involve my womb landing on the pavement.
    But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.

  • I heard that you are meant to have your first smear when you are 21, do they write to you and offer you an appointment? Or do you have to arrange it yourself?

    After poor jade goody, she's a prime example of what happens when you don't go for smears. I feel so so sorry for her, !!!!!!! tragic actually!

    not sure hun.... maybe call your practice to be on the safe side... they won't turn you away if you want one.
