I am sure we will get it right, but I do not want you to start this and do it all over again lol, as Lloyds have so many contacts I rather have this confirmed by Maxdp or someone else just to make sure, my main contact was the statement dept for my SAR info where I did actually receive copies of my credit card statements from, and regarding the PPI reclaiming that was the address in Brighton, I'm sure this is correct here now lol but if you just want to wait to see what Maxdp says that is entirely up to you Alfie hun, where i said in my above post that I used the same address for both I am sure its what I said in my post here is the correct avenues to take and not both for the 2nd address - sorry about that..........you can tell its almost time for bed lol.......:D .

Hi Alfie its me again lol.........

I could not leave it there so just dug out some of my paperwork, for my statements for PPI these came back within the SAR (Subject Access request) and it was the address here I used - by checking

Copy Statement Unit
Lloyds TSB plc
Swallow House
10 Swallow Street
Birmingham
B1 2AL


Sorry I wish I had done this sooner now, didn't realise I had them all in the same room as me still.

And for reclaiming its the Card operations in Brighton.;)

I have some with Solicitors with Lloyds Loans and all correspondence there goes to the

25 Gresham Street

address.

This is one for the in-laws, although with the right result im hoping there is a drink in it for me, will keep posted on any result.
