I think the above address is the correct one but this was to reclaim the PPI, think it maybe the same, but if you've no statements it may be worth you requesting for a SAR (Subject access request) where they should send everything they have on you going back as far as 6 years, however with LLoyds I was lucky enough to receive information going back even further.

You will find the SAR template on the thread with details.

I will check just in case to see if there is another dept to post for your information and will post back as soon as I come across one if there is another one.;)

Alfie as promised in my above post, I have found some addresses but there are many of them lol.

I think for what you want to what I can remember it was the 2nd address I used to request for my information.
I am sure someone will post to confirm otherwise.

i have old cc statement from march 03 with no ppi on it but i have a statement from may 07 with ppi on it .....
it looks like lloyds started taking ppi payments at some stage in between theese dates,,

have you seen anything like this before...

Oh dear......I cannot recall on seeing anything like that before.

Maxdp has had dealings with this company as well and I think she may know a little more in your case here, I have left her a message and I am sure she will be back to have a look tonight or maybe tomorrow now, is that okay by you hun?

We will get this done, I just want to make sure that your going the correct avenues here and Maxdp will be able to rectify the above for us.;)
