  • look if you have got 25% of the asking price fair play to the two of you, but if your lying the only people you are lying to is yourselves so what if you havent got 30% of the asking price, but a bit of honesty please.

so before you start questioning me take a look in the mirror with your 2 id's.

What on earth are you talking about?
  • If you spent less time obsessing about our house purchase whenever I post something and more time doing research on the area you actually live in, you might be able to price your own house accordingly, sell it finally, and then get on with buying one yourself.

Ive done my research and thats why when i come on here and see people giving advice and then doing the oposite themselves i feel i have to point this out to protect people from being misled.

3 times now, i have seen you do this first of all telling first time buyers not to buy whilst you are doing that yourself now.

Then you gave someone the wrong information about what their mortgage payments would be.

And now you make a statement that people will only make offers on houses that are marketed 25% below asking price, and the area you have made a offer ther as not been hardly any properties reduced 25%.

And then theres thequestions mrks over you selling you house in 2006 and still having the mortgage for that house now.

I just dont believe anything that you post and if i was anyone else i would take it with a pinch of salt, maybe its about time you disapeared for another year.

your not the only one on here and i dont know whether you do it on purpose, but i am selling my house now and the last thing i would do was tell someone not to bother selling. and then not even explain to them why and why i was selling my house.

why would you post not to buy and then buy yourself???

Mate, you need to learn how to read.

WK and I are not 1st time buyers, the property we are buying is being dumped by the salvation army, the house for sale in 2007 (again totally wrong with the facts) is part of a relocation package as was explained at a level of detail sufficient for your understanding.

Frankly after all this you're showing you truly live up to your name.

And I'd be wary of taking the advice of someone who's quality research and knowledge has let their house sit on the market from December of 2007 with nothing to show for it...

What, do you think I am trying to keep all of the houses for myself? Yeah, I'm buying a house so everyone else should because they have the exact same circumstances, get real.
Then you gave someone the wrong information about what their mortgage payments would be.
First off that was someone that I know from another forum that was interested in the Ownhome scheme, those were payments on the loan part of their mortgage which I actually admitted I was wrong about in the thread because they don't have to pay it back until the 25 years are up
And now you make a statement that people will only make offers on houses that are marketed 25% below asking price, and the area you have made a offer ther as not been hardly any properties reduced 25%.
I guess you didn't see the fact that was a quote from an article on Thisislondon that was said by an estate agent did you  and let me once again post this and maybe this time you can try comprehending it instead of just looking at the letters

compared to other houses in the area, our house is about 35% less mainly because we aren't buying it from a private seller so there is complete emotional detachment and they just want to get rid of it

That doesn't mean that it was reduced by 35%, that means compared to the exact same type of house in the area it was already priced 35% less than the rest of them before we even asked for a reduction in price because they priced it to sell
And then theres thequestions mrks over you selling you house in 2006 and still having the mortgage for that house now.
First off it was 2007, and the whole concept of relocation schemes was explained to you in detail
I just dont believe anything that you post and if i was anyone else i would take it with a pinch of salt, maybe its about time you disapeared for another year.

I'll send you a pm when I start to care. Don't wait around for it.

  • okay but before you post remember ill be watching, my motto is dont do to others what you wouldnt like done to yourself.

In my book you are whats called a hypocrite which if you look in the dictionary states.

Hypocrite - a person who acts in contradiction to his or her stated beliefs or feelings
