That's what they sent me too. There was a partially covered address label on it, it looks like it was returned to Bissell by Ideal World shopping channel.

Haven't used it yet, so hopefully it will be as good as people claim.

    ;)

I hope so!!! I'm going to try it out tomorrow. I had a Vax carpet washer when my dog was a pup - but that was never brilliant. It was very heavy and the carpet took ages to dry!! With a dog you have to time it right. I have to shut my dog in the garden, use it in the living room and then take hims traight out for a walk so that he doesn't walk on the wet carpet!

I'll let you know how I get on :)

I officially love the flip-ease, it's so much quicker than brush, dustpan & brush then mop & bucket! I agree that the handle isn't very long, I'm only 5ft2in and I still have to bend.

Now I just need something similar and light to hoover the big rug I've got & the stairs, it's such a hassle to get the hoover out just for that. I've been looking at the Bissell featherweight, has anybody tried one?

I bought one of these for £26 on ebay. To be honest, I'm one of those not overly impressed. If you wash your floor with a cloth afterwards, u'll notice the floor is still dirty. I am sure it is very good for those who don't get too dirty floors but my other half repairs cars and walks in and out all day so I do lolol. I thought I'd save myself time and effort getting the flippease but I found it took just as long to get it reasonably dry and if I didn't clean for an extended time, I was left with streaks. I'm not saying its a bad product but its not useful for me personally when I most need it - when the floor is dirtiest. I have now gone back to using a bucket and cloth, its quicker and less effort for me.

I dont think it meant to replace "proper" hoovering & mopping,But for "light useage"

I will prob do 1 big hoover and mop a week ,and use the Flip ease inbetween during the week :)

  • I cannot believe this thread is still running :D

I do like mine, but it tends to leave a fine line of presumably dog hairs, which I have to pick up with kitchen paper after. It's great for a quick every day use though. :j
