thanks op, i hate cleaning and have now got all wood floors and lino in the bathroom and kitchen, it works a treat on them, no hoover/bucket of water/mop/wait for ages/mop again to get the bits i missed, took a few minutes- and to the person that said its 'just a heavy mop' what did you think you were getting when you read the description? a rocketship?

I know there are no more available, but I have to say - this little thing is great!!! Got it yesterday, first time using it today. It is so quick! Great to come home from work and have the floors done in 5 minutes!!

The suction is MUCH better than I expected! Picks up the everyday fluff and hair from the cats. I am so pleased!!!

mmm - i ordered mine on the 3rd - and haven't heard or received anything - so doesn't look very hopefully. I'm gutted as my baby has just started crawling and it would have been so useful. Nevermind:.(

So I ordered the reconditioned carpet washer for £39.99, on Wednesday night and today a lovely shiny Bissell Pet Wash arrived :j Super pleased as I have a pet - so very handy. Not used it yet - think I will try it out on the living room carpet on Sunday

That's what they sent me too. There was a partially covered address label on it, it looks like it was returned to Bissell by Ideal World shopping channel.

Haven't used it yet, so hopefully it will be as good as people claim.
