You are on a money saving site so do the money saving thing and get your money back for it on ebay. Problem solved. It's hardly rocket science....

my son decided to use my mop its now dead he was sucking up water with it and there was water everywhere. he also figured out how to refill with water section up using neat solution. There was a far bit of water in the dust part that he had managed to suck up. Hoover part sounded ill directly after so i took of the obviosu bits to let it dry out. TO say i am miffed if putting it mildly. At least the mop part still works.

i let it dry out for 24 hrs and then charged it light was on but its dead grrrrrr. might try hoover part in a few days. still like the mop part though.its a nice weight and i can wash the clothes as good as new in the washing machine. No more smelly mop head .

I'm not surprised this is a discontinued product - it's just a bloody heavy MOP

Has everyone gone mental!? Bissell will be overjoyed at getting rid of these big christmas cracker toys at a way overpriced £10.

I was under the impression that it sucked the water back off the floor - like a real wet cleaner.

Yes I did get 'swept' up in all the thread excitement and bought one.

    POOR PRODUCT.
Yep, I'm mental and loving every minute of it! :rudolf:

Thanks OP, excellent little machine, for a great price :T.

Here here.................I love mine and so does my mum - it's a breeze to do the floors daily - takes minutes and well worth every single penny of the £9.95. :T

Im still impressed with mine, no more sweeping then getting dust pan and brush out then having the faff about with mop and bucket well worth a tenner.
