I'm not surprised this is a discontinued product - it's just a bloody heavy MOP

Has everyone gone mental!? Bissell will be overjoyed at getting rid of these big christmas cracker toys at a way overpriced £10.

I was under the impression that it sucked the water back off the floor - like a real wet cleaner.

Yes I did get 'swept' up in all the thread excitement and bought one.

    POOR PRODUCT.

Just be aware that you may invalidate the warranty if it insists that you use only recommended detergents. Scour the instruction manual for such warnings.

    On a £10 item

I have had mine for over a week now and I absolutely love it! I never thought I would say this about a hoover/cleaning apparatus ever. :o

It works wonderfully on laminate flooring as well as on tiles. I've been cleaning with this little wonder machine ever since I got it. In fact, I haven't had to use the Dyson yet. It is very light (compared to the Dyson) and the suction power is not too bad so I've been cleaning twice as much as I used to before as it is so easy. It also picks up dog hair and crumbs quite well.

Thank you OP for finding this. :T

    Do you work for Bissell?

What has the price got to do with anything? The fact remains that if you use certain products you could damage the thing, and if they warned against using certain products you're snookered. Fair enough, it was only £10, but are you prepared to throw a tenner away by not reading the instructions and following advice contained therein?
