Can't resist a bargain! But this will save my knees! Actually very pleased with it for the money, nice and quick and easy, and oh yes my cloth was shamefully dirty too! Blame it on the cats! :rotfl:
Thank you original poster for a great find.

I've just discovered mine leaks too - so I took the tank off to store it separately. Has anyone managed to stop theirs leaking?

I emailed them about my leak and haven't even had a reply. Does anyone have an alternative number that works for them as opposed to the 0870 one. Tried the ones on the 0870 site but one kicks you out if you select customer services and the other doesn't work. Thanks.

I've read the thread through and have a question.

I'm looking to get these for my Mum and Mum in law, both have restricted mobility. My Mum in Law has rheumatoid arthritis and has problems with fiddly catches and little or hard to press buttons. Would this be ok for her?

My Mum has lymphodema and has trouble bending and lifting anything heavy, would this be ok for her?

Thanks for your feedback, I'll get my order in (for me too) as soon as I know what you think. And thanks OP for drawing this to our attention!

    Hi Vivatifosi
My mum also bought one and she has osteoperosis and arthritis and struggles with heavy hoovers etc. - well she just cannot manage with them and had to invest in lightweight Ortec for hoovering carpets. She's managing fine with this though and managed to pull the trigger to work the spray fine, she was concerned it might be fiddly but she finds it ok. She was impressed with this. Hope this helps.

Brilliant! Thanks Primula, that answers the question for both Mums. I'll get on and order it now.

Using 01753 869365, option 1, CS, tells you to dial the 0870 number, choosing option 2 (finance and order queries), goes on to a ringing tone, but it is Sunday and they are closed, may be OK weekdays.

01794 527443 is an orderline only and they are open now, Sunday 1425. and will take on order

Well after seeing the original post I decided to order one of the reconditioned carpet cleaners so ordered the Quickwash which was £39.95 delivered.

It arrived today and they have sent me a different one.

I received he Petwash Powerbrush which was a nice surprise as we do have a dog and that it the reason I need a shampooer. No accidents but she does bring lots of mud in as our lawn is like a bog with all of the rain we have had.

I received one large bottle of Wash and Protect Pet Odour and Soil Removal shampoo which is £16.95 alone, a spray bottle Pet Stain and Odour Remover which is £7.95 and 3 bottles of hard floor cleaner bottles.

I haven't tried it yet so hopefully it is ok.

It looks like it was returned by Ideal World shopping channel by the label that has been covered over on the box.
