Mine arrived within 2 days! We all love it...................although the dog's not sure. The floors have never been so clean, with the kids doing battle over it.

Have just finished fitting varnished oak floor. Vacuum is great but I found I need to follow the direction of the boards very carefully to avoid streaking when mopping unless I am doing it wrong.

Just arrived! Says on box whet it is so have just had to explain to receptionist and customer what uit is - they want one too!

Really sturdy bit opf kit - excellent value can't wait to get home n try it Oh dear....

Just got mine too, ordered last Friday. On charge now, can't wait to try it! It came with 2 trial (236ml) bottles of cleaner and FOUR spare cloths. Mine is a German model (writing on machine & cleaning fluid) although instuctions & box are in English.

it does say in instructions not to use any other fluid??

hmm i was going to say that hmc,says about not using anything pine or lemon

prob just a ploy to get you to use their ( expensive ?) floor cleaner though lol

mine is on charge cant wait to give it a go ! my kids want to use it too ( fine by me haha )
